PAAD will happily accept any un-used, still packaged traction pads, sold at their regular retail price, for an exchange. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact PAAD via email@example.com for an authorization number. The product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by a completed exchange form. PAAD doesn’t offer store credit. PAAD will only offer refunds under the conditions of faulty product.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note if the customer uses their incorrectly ordered or faulty product or, this voids exchange or refund opportunity. Customer must contact returns within seven days of receiving merchandise.
Any items that were purchased at a discounted or sale price cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers willing to exchange can exchange for any style and colour, subject to availability, however they must pay any difference in price associated with the exchanged product.

STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUESTION AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receiving the merchandise for an Authorisation Number. Please be sure to include your order number, and reason to exchange in this email.
STEP 2 – COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE FORM
Once you have been approved for your Authorisation Number and paid the return postage fee you can then print, and fill out your exchange form. You must print and complete this form and enclose it with your exchange.
STEP 3 – SAFELY PACK AND SHIP
The merchandise must be sent within seven days of receiving an Authorisation Number. Please be sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, enclosed with a completed Exchanged Form. The Authorization must be clearly written on the outside of the package. If an Exchange Number is not written on the outside of the package it will be returned to sender. Please be sure to pack the merchandise securely. The merchandise must be unused, still packaged and undamaged. PAAD reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.
NOTE – We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.
STEP 4 – TRACKING YOUR PACKING AND CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your merchandise at PAAD HQ, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is unused and undamaged. Please allow 1 – 4 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange.
